Dan, a native of Boise, Idaho, has been involved in real estate since 2001, when he started as a property investor and property manager. His experience in these areas gives him an advantage in knowing good pricing options when searching for a home for his clients. In 2006, he earned his real estate license and has been a hard-working full time Realtor ever since. Dan is very familiar with the Boise area and enjoys working with both buyers and sellers. His driving goal is to provide his client’s with the information they need for a smooth and quick transaction.

At the Hughes Group, Dan has a variety of tools available for him that allow him to give his clients that smooth, quick transaction. His network of professionals around him, from home inspectors to mortgage lenders allow him to recommend the best for his clients. When he’s not helping people find or sell homes, Dan enjoys spending time with his wife and three kids, going to his family cabin in Donnelly on the weekends, doing Crossfit, and riding his motorcycle.

We recently worked with Dan Cantrell to sell our home in Meridian, and we couldn't be happier with the experience. He is a fantastic resource for the various trades when we inquired about making repairs or upgrades to the homes.
