Gretchen Meyer brings to the table over 27 years of real estate experience and has earned a stellar reputation of tenaciously protecting her client's interests, demonstrating uncompromising integrity, while communicating clearly on all aspects of each transaction. Prior to moving to Idaho, Gretchen sold homes in Big Bear Lake, CA and later in San Diego. In San Diego, Gretchen sold all types of properties from 1 bedroom condos to multi million dollar beach homes. (And everything in between!)

In Gretchen's free time she enjoys taking to the Idaho outdoors with her husband on their Cam-Am Spyder Roadster. Taking to the open road is a favorite adventure of Gretchen and her husband as Idaho is home to seemingly countless outdoor destinations just waiting to be discovered. Gretchen also enjoys hiking, snow skiing in the colder months and pawsitively loves spending time with her dog Farley!

Gretchen was absolutely fantastic. She never left us wondering about anything. People say the home buying experience can be a bit stressful. Not once, during the whole process did we feel stressed. Even from 400 miles away, she was right there by our side making sure the process was a walk in the park for us. But, the icing on the cake is that she doesn't abandon you once everything is said and done. She is still right there any time you need her afterwards. If you get fortunate to get Gretchen as an agent, then, you have one exceptional agent.

Gretchen Meyers was the best realtor we have ever used. We have purchased many homes and Gretchen was by far more knowledgeable about the market in her area and after meeting with her she understood exactly what we were looking for. She was a great listener, very patient and a great communicator. Our search and buying process took over 4 months and in that time Gretchen never lost her focus and drive on helping us find a home.
