Jason Chamness is an Idaho native and has lived in the Treasure Valley throughout his life. For over 20 years, Jason has worked in sales, service and management positions in a variety of fields. He became a licensed REALTOR® in 2006 and has specialized in residential sales including relocations, first-time home buyers, short sales, REOs and investment purchases). Jason has built his real estate business by listening to the needs of his clients, consistently following up, and aggressively pursuing his client’s goals and best interests.

Jason attended Boise State University where he earned a Bachelor of Science Degree. While attending BSU, he was involved in many activities including Football, Judo, 3 on 3 Basketball Tournaments, and served as the Director of Basketball for the Idaho Special Olympics. Like so many other residents, Jason loves the quality of life, the outdoor recreational activities and the four seasons the Treasure Valley offers. In his spare time, Jason enjoys spending quality time with his family, watching BSU football games, hiking, rafting and working out.

We recently sold our home by ourselves and Jason came in with buyers. He immediately stood out from the other realtors we had encountered, by his experience and his respectful demeanor. He made what could have been a very stressful process simple and easy. It took a lot of communication but he stayed on top of the whole process. We always knew where we were at in the process.
