Not being familiar with Boise region real estate, when my wife and I decided to retire to that area, I looked for an experienced agent to help. Living hundreds of miles away, I needed someone I could count on to be my eyes and ears on the ground in the area. Jacque Gilliam worked with me for over three years, and with the patience of Job, answered all my questions, helped me understand the market, the various cities and neighborhoods in Treasure Valley, helped me sort through the many thousands of listings that came up over the three years, made suggestions for the kinds of properties that might suit my very specific needs, then helped narrow down the choices when I was ready to make the move. Her knowledge and experience is second to none. She personally went out of her way on many occasions to do things like drive over to a property and talk with the owners, take pictures of other properties, and dig into specifics on properties with probate issues. When we narrowed down the properties to a select number, she put together a pictorial brochure highlighting each of the properties, then set up a tour of the top five properties so that when I flew in, we could tour the properties in condensed fashion to save me time, and help me make a final decision. Once that decision was made, she negotiated with the sellers and did a great job in keeping them engaged over the three plus months it took me to sell my out-of-state property in order to fund the purchase. I can highly recommend Jacque to anyone looking for a skillful, knowledgeable, hard-working, and professional agent to handle their real estate transactions.
