Lisa was great. She listened to my concerns and understood my needs. She didn't judge what I was looking for, but was always honest with me, letting me know I should be open to certain compromises given the state of the market. I feel like we established a very good line of communication. She also made the process fairly painless. I was a first time homebuyer, and did not have to figure anything out for myself.
