Each of our transaction coordinators is a licensed Realtor®, and they strive to build an individualized approach to your files to help keep your paperwork and deadlines on track, freeing you up to spend more time expanding your business.

With over 2,000 transactions closed and pending in our experienced TC department, you can rest assured that your paperwork is in good hands. Your coordinator will work hard to maintain communication with escrow, lenders, other agents, and inspectors, provide timely reminders of contract deadlines, maintain your file with your broker and the team accounting department, and pursue any necessary paperwork corrections.

Our optional low-fee coordination services are $175 and only charged upon the successful closing of your transaction, so you don't have to pay for canceled files.

Whitley’s real estate career started with a small relocation company in 2013. Joining the Hughes Group in 2016, Whitley has since worked on over 1,000 transactions for the team. Whitley is passionate about paperwork, skilled in spreadsheets, and obsessed with organization. Her favorite thing about real estate is the paperwork, which makes her perfectly suited to keep files on track for prompt and clean closings.

When she’s not at her keyboard, Whitley spends her time with her husband, toddler son, elderly Labrador, and two lazy cats. She can often be found at the Idaho Shakespeare Festival in the summer, and enjoys day trips to other Idaho cities for shopping, restaurants, and hot springs. Her goals in life are to pet every dog that she sees and to look at every cat on the internet.

Rachel was introduced to the real estate world in 2014 when she worked as an executive assistant for a broker in Oregon. She learned new words like “MLS” and “escrow” and enjoyed her work there for three years. In 2017 she joined the Hughes Group as a transaction coordinator and furthered her knowledge in the industry by learning more about the contracts. In 2019 she sold real estate as an agent herself on the Hughes Group, gaining even more insight into how to manage real estate transactions. After about a year and a half of selling and after having her first baby, she decided to go back to being a TC. She prides herself in her organizational skills and getting her work done accurately and on time.

Rachel is an Idaho native and loves spending her evenings and weekends with her baby and husband. She loves going to new restaurants, cleaning and organizing her house, long walks, having game nights with friends, and binge watching reality TV while giving herself a manicure.
