Silvercreek Realty Group was founded in the Treasure Valley in 2008 by the Doughty family. It is the largest real estate brokerage in Idaho and locally owned with several locations from East to West.
Aaron Doughty is one of Silvercreek's managing brokers. He works alongside Krista Deacon to assist Silvercreek's REALTORS® and keep the home buying/selling process moving quickly and smoothly. Aaron has a business degree from BSU and over 15 years real estate experience. Aaron is a husband and a father to five children. His oldest daughter, Grace, works at Silvercreek during her school breaks.

For any agent, training is the key to success. Silvercreek Realty Group is a company based around helping its agents build better businesses, and be the best possible agents for their clients. Silvercreek offers courses every month, covering a variety of topics throughout the year. An assortment of speakers and guest presenters come each year for alternative training courses for agents.
Locations
Agents affiliated with our team are welcome to work from any Silvercreek location. Silvercreek's main office is located in Meridian, with over 15,000 sq ft of class “A” office space. The facility offers wireless internet, a training facility, multiple conference rooms, private offices, several drop in areas for agents, and workroom areas equipped with new Canon printers capable of high quality color printing, scanning, and faxing.
