Michael Poach brings professionalism, compassion and a service-minded approach to each person he works with. Michael started in real estate following a successful career working for a reputable regional new home construction company, where he worked as a project manager for over seven years. 

Michael has always had a passion for real estate, because of the financial stability it has provided for him and his family. Over the years, Michael has worked in various trades such as painting, roofing, remodeling homes, and project management, which has given him the knowledge and expertise on how to evaluate deals as well as the new home construction process. Investing in real estate has been a great wealth building tool for Michael and his family, which is why he wants to help others do the same. 

When Michael is not busy helping clients buy and sell real estate, he enjoys running, biking and hiking on the beautiful trails and paths that Idaho has to offer.  Michael and his wife moved to Idaho from Portland because they saw it as a great community to raise their family and were attracted to all the outdoor activities that this great state has to offer. When they can find the time, Michael and his wife enjoy taking their children and dogs on bike rides along the local greenbelt and making trips to the communities of Stanley and Garden Valley, Idaho

I don't even know where to begin. Michael Poach was amazing. He listened to everything we wanted (and it was a specific list). He found us our last forever home that checked every box. He has been very attentive and he is not pushy. I would highly recommend Mike to anyone.

I wanted to start this off by saying this is the fifth house I have been involved in purchasing. Two in California, two in Oregon and now one in Idaho. Each time trying to find the perfect house and having to compete for it. As we all know this is not an easy process. Dealing with sellers not wanting to do anything extra. The demands of the lender and countless amounts of personal information they demand, and more information backing that up! Then we have to prove our assets where they came from and where they are. Well I digress. This letter is in praise of our Idaho real estate agent Michael Poach. I was surprised at his ability to know exactly what we were looking for from a few conversations. He took the long process of dealing with the seller, the bank and title companies upon himself. The house had an assignable loan which was very nice but that process is one I would have quit. Michael stayed focused and walked us through it all. He realized our frustrations and took them upon himself. Our house has finally closed and this is where most real estate agents disappear. Knowing we were not in Idaho yet he took it upon himself to get our house ready for winter. He set up having our sprinklers flushed and personally clearing the yard of all the fall debris. I can count on one hand the number of these I have written, in this case I was happy to do. This was the first time in dealing with real estate agents that I felt he definitely earned his money, probably not enough! He was definitely underplayed for the amount of work he has done and I am very appreciative of all the work he put in. I would love to give him more but I am a little short on cash because I have just bought this beautiful house and I am a little short on cash! It was our pleasure to work with Michael Poach during our search for a new home. We moved from California and he worked relentlessly with us to find us the perfect house. He was professional, kind, friendly and helpful beyond what anyone could expect. He emailed me daily while we were in California and when we arrived in Idaho drove us around to look at houses. He was responsive and helpful. He was with us during the home inspection, during the new owner orientation, met us at the title company and even helped us unload the pod and bring furniture in the house, surprising us with a house warming gift! We never could have done it without him. I highly recommend Michael to anyone that needs a realtor. You will not be disappointed!
